Aeshna crenata (Siberian Hawker) is a huge hawker with striking colours and dark patches in the wings. Its area of distribution is mainly located in Russia but stretches west to Belarus and the Baltic Sea, where it can be found in southern Finland, Latvia and Lithuania.
Siberian Hawkers are found on lakes in forested areas and regularly perch on trees.
